Bus Leaves–7:15 AM from RRHS (You will be dismissed from school all day. Make sure to talk to your teachers on Wednesday and find out what you will miss)

**Although this meet is hosted by West Fargo, it is held in Moorhead, MN at MB Johnson Park (located at 3601 11th St N, Moorhead, MN 56560).

We will be outside all day. Make sure to pack a lunch/healthy snacks/water and bring clothing for all types of weather. We will NOT stop to eat after the meet, so bring food for after the meet as well.

The team should return back to school in the late afternoon. Students are expected to inform their parents of the expected arrival time as the teams gets closer to Grand Forks.

Meet Starts–10:00 AM (rolling schedule after the first race)

Order of Races:

Varsity Girls (5000 Meters)
Varsity Boys (5000 Meters)
JV Girls (4000 Meters)
JV Boys (4000 Meters)
Middle School Girls (3000 Meters)
Middle School Boys (3000 Meters)

Awards:

Top 10 competitors will receive a T-shirt in each division.

Dressing Rooms:

Come dressed to race, as locker room facilities will not be available. Limited restroom facilities will be provided. There will be 4 porta-potties
for females and 4 porta potties for males placed near the team camp areas. Team Camp areas will be assigned and indicated on the course maps.

Course Info:

Most of the course is on a rough grass surface, with a few dirt paths. There may be some rough spots. Maps will be provided at the race.

Admission:

An admission charge will be collected as vehicles enter the MB Johnson Park facility.
Adult admission: $6.00 per adult
Student admission: $4.00 per student
