The site of the meet is Grahams Island State Park which is located 10 miles west of Devils Lake on Highway 19, then five miles south on Grahams Island Road.

Athletes are expected to bring their own lunch/snacks/water for the trip. Prepare for all kinds of weather.

11:30 a.m. …………………….. Jr High Boys – 3000 Meters
12:00 p.m. …………………….. JV Girls – 5000 Meters
12:30 p.m. …………………….. Varsity Girls – 5000 Meters
1:00 p.m. …………………….. JV Boys – 5000 Meters
1:30 p.m……………………… Varsity Boys – 5000 Meters

Covid-19 Safety Guidelines
1. All athletes, coaches, team personnel, and fans should self-assess for Covid-19 symptoms prior to arrival. Anyone experiencing symptoms or not feeling generally healthy, should stay home.
2. No fans are allowed to attend.
3. Have athletes dressed and ready to compete upon arrival.
4. Buses don’t need a pass to enter the park. Any other vehicle would need to get a park pass.
5. Team camps will be located behind the start line.
6. Each athlete must provide his/her own water bottle and water.
7. Each race is restricted to a maximum of 10 runners per school.
8. Coaches are required to wear masks.
9. Meet personnel are required to wear masks.

10. Athletes are required to wear masks except when warming up, competing, and cooling down.
11. Everyone should exercise social distancing in all areas, particularly at the starting line and finish chute.
12. Multiple restrooms are located around the park.
