2018 Track Season Almost Here
The 2018 Track and Field Season is less than two months away. For those not in a winter sport, now is a great time to start getting ready for the season (if you haven’t already started). A new preseason lifting card has been implemented in the weightroom, leading up to the first practice on Monday, February 26th. The workouts can easily fit into someone’s schedule, as they take between 30-45 minutes to complete. Coaches Delmore, Tandeski, and Bakke will be leading some optional preseason workouts throughout the week. If they are not there, complete the lifting workout with Zeb. This will include running mechanics/drills, as well as event-specific work for throwers and jumpers. This is a great chance to get a head start on the season. Let any of the coaches know if you have questions.
