The course has some steep hills\, long\nstraightaways\, and several turns. \nSCORING/RESULTS: \nTop 5 runners from each team will be scored. Ghost runners will be used if needed. Live results for each group will be available. Results for all groups combined will be provided after the last race. Chip timing will be used along with bib numbers. \n**COVID-19 Safety Guidelines**\n1. Be certain that everyone on your team is feeling well and healthy that day.\n2. Make it clear to parents and fans to only come to the meet if they are feeling well and\nhealthy.\n3. Limit the number of fans and parents to 2 per athlete.\n4. Team camps will be well spread out among the park. Each team will have a designated\nspot.\n5. Teams must provide their own water to their athletes.\n6. Awards will be placed in a plastic bag by sanitized hands. These bags will be given to\ncoaches.\n7. Races will be limited to 4 teams and 40 athletes.\n8. Masks need to be worn to the restrooms.\n9. Each team will arrive an hour before the start of their race and they will leave after their\ncool down.\n10. Proper social distancing and sanitizing will be practiced by officials and timers. \n

DESCRIPTION:Central Dakota Resiliency is a new track club in Bismarck. They are hosting another meet in Bismarck on Saturday\, July 18. \n  \nThe meet is of course optional\, but it could be a great way to get back on the track and have some fun. Athletes will need to find their own transportation to Bismarck. If people want to carpool\, those can be arranged once we find out who is interested in competing. There may be some coaches from RR and GFC at the meet\, but for the most part\, athletes will be on their own. \nThe meet will include all traditional events\, EXCEPT high jump and pole vault. See the schedule below for a full list of events. \n**FYI: This meet is not just for HS athletes.  They have events for 4-year-olds through adult age divisions. DESCRIPTION:We are very fortunate to get access to UND’s High Performance Center (HPC) for practice during select dates in the 2020 season. \nHPC RULES: \n\nOn these days\, plan to meet at the HPC during our scheduled time unless notified by the coaches that practice will start at RR beforehand.\nAthletes must find their own transportation to and from the HPC. Carpooling is encouraged. The parking lot across from the HPC will be available\, as UND stops ticketing at 4:30 PM. If there are no spots left\, get dropped off at the front door\, or park in a nearby neighborhood and walk over.\nIn the HPC\, no outdoor shoes are allowed inside the track surface. Bring clean running shoes and change once you get inside.\nWater is the ONLY drink allowed in the facility. DESCRIPTION:***This is a unique opportunity for the team. Wayzata HS\, a track and field powerhouse in Minnesota\, is coached by ‘98 Red River grad Aaron Berndt. They have won 6 straight MN True Team titles and are the defending MN AA Champions. For 10 consecutive years\, they have placed as a top-three team in MN AA. Berndt is a former All-American middle-distance runner at UND and litters the All-Time lists at RRHS\, currently sitting #11 in the 200m\, #2 in the 400m\, #16 in the 800\, #3 in the 200 relay split (21.5)\, #1 in the 400 relay split (48.3)\, #2 in the 800 relay split (1:56.0). On the relay lists\, he is a member of the #10 4×200 team (1:31.25)\, #1 4×400 team (3:22.75)\, and #5 4×800 team (8:04.03). The meet will be a great test for the Riders\, as many of the top AA teams from around the metro area are set to compete. Boys teams in the field include Wayzata\, Chaska\, Maple Grove\, Minnetonka\, Mounds View\, Woodbury\, and Brainerd.
