FPAC Rules:

• On these days, plan to meet at the FPAC during our scheduled time unless notified by the coaches that practice will start at RR beforehand.
• Athletes must find their own transportation to and from the FPAC. Carpooling is encouraged. The parking lot across from the FPAC will be available, as UND stops ticketing at 4:30 PM. If there are no spots left, get dropped off at the front door, or park in a nearby neighborhood and walk over.
• In the FPAC, no outdoor shoes are allowed inside the track surface. Bring clean running shoes and change once you get inside.
• Water is the ONLY drink allowed in the facility. Food is NOT allowed.

Following are the dates and times that the track and field teams—all athletes– will be practicing at the FPAC at UND.
