We are not going to Concordia due to weather. Instead, we will have a Dual with GFC at UND. Details:

Make sure to bring healthy snacks, water, and pack a lunch. It will be a long day. If time allows, we will stop to eat after, so bring money. Make sure to bring spikes, jersey, your black uniform bottoms, and RR t-shirt. Also bring RUNNING SHOES to warm-up in. DO NOT warm-up in Crocs, Birkenstocks, Hey Dudes, sandals, slides, bowling shoes, Vibrams, Hoka recovery sandals, socks, or other non-running footwear.
*We hope to arrive back in GF by 6 PM. If you are picking up your son from school, make sure he contacts you with an updated timeframe once we get on the road.
